Scotland’s Speciality Food Show has revealed that about one third of all exhibitors for this year’s event is new, with seven weeks to go until it opens its doors.

Producers including Angels Dare Cocktails, Kandy Kitchen Creations, Isle of Barra DIstillers, Mellis Cheese, Persie Ditsillery, The Moray Honey Company and Wark Farm Pies are new to the show.

Launching themselves to trade are also young companies including D!P Club from Aberdeen, Three Robins oat milk, Hemp It Up, Kinnaird Kitchen and The Sweetie Jar.

The Show is also welcoming back exhibitors such as Island Bakery Organics, Great Glen Distillery, Edinburgh Honey, Edinburgh Tea & Coffee, Dark Sky Spirits, Ecobags, Galloway Lodge Preserves, Scotia Spice and Little Doone Foods.

SRFDA will be in attendance and Director Antony Begley will once again be hosting a Nessie’s Den session allowing Scottish producers to pitch their products to an expert panel.
