Scottish craft distillery Old Curiosity has released a new range of herbal teas, developed in partnership with Edinburgh-based Pekoe Tea, and inspired by its award-winning gin range.

The G&Tea herbal tea range uses the same botanicals as Old Curiosity’s Secret Garden Gin, blending them with ethically sourced Ceylon Tea to create a range of 100% natural teas.

The range includes three different flavours: Lemon Verbena, Apothecary Rose and Lavender, each priced at £5.95.

Each tea blends botanicals including juniper, coriander, winter savoury and angelica, producing flavour profiles that echo the Old Curiosity gin range.

Each box comes with its own organic cotton reusable tea bag so consumers can enjoy the loose-leaf tea in its natural form and without generating any unnecessary waste.

The botanicals used are grown at The Secret Herb Garden on the outskirts of Edinburgh, a herb nursery with over 600 naturally grown and tended varieties of herbs and flowers which are picked, dried and infused by hand.

It is most renowned for the highly acclaimed and multi award-winning collection of premium, 100% natural, Secret Garden Gins which are stocked by some of the UK’s most prestigious retailers and now exported to 11 countries around the globe. The distillery also produces ranges of teas, soaps and hand sanitisers.

The Secret Garden G&Tea’s are available now online at theoldcuriosity.co.uk.
